This notice applies to the glee-fully.tools website, the Glee‑fully Personalizable Tools™ brand, and the public GPT experiences, “Tools” and “Tool‑ettes” that are linked from this site (collectively, the “Glee‑fully Tools”).

Sibling projects — including AskJamie™ and other OverKill Hill P³™ experiments — may reference or interoperate with Glee‑fully, but may also publish additional terms specific to their own spaces.

Not legal, financial, clinical, or other regulated advice

Glee‑fully Tools are assistive and exploratory. Nothing in these tools, prompts, diagrams, or conversations should be treated as legal, financial, medical, therapeutic, or other regulated professional advice.

You are responsible for verifying information, checking facts against authoritative sources, and consulting qualified human professionals where appropriate.

Experimental, evolving systems

All GPT configurations, workflows, examples, and diagrams are experimental and subject to change. Outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, outdated, or misaligned with your context.

Use of these systems is at your discretion and risk. You should not rely on any single output for decisions that carry legal, financial, safety, compliance, or health impact.

Your responsibilities as a user

When you use Glee‑fully Tools, you agree to:

Apply your own judgment before acting on any recommendation or plan.
Cross‑check important facts and numbers against primary sources or trusted professionals.
Respect confidentiality obligations and avoid pasting in information you are not entitled to share.

Data, privacy, and third‑party platforms

The public Glee‑fully website is currently a static, informational site. There is no account system, login, or custom user database operated directly from this domain. The site does not sell visitor information or use it to personalize advertising.

Optional, aggregate Google Analytics is off by default. It loads only if you choose “Turn analytics on” below. The opt-in is stored in this browser’s local storage; GA4 is configured without Google signals, ad-personalization signals, or client-side storage. You can withdraw the choice at any time. This site keeps no copy of analytics data; any opted-in measurement is handled by Google under the applicable Google Analytics property settings.

Google Fonts are loaded from Google to preserve the studio’s approved typography and because this static site has no font build pipeline. That request can disclose your IP address and browser details to Google; your browser may also cache the font response. Ko‑fi is a plain outbound support link: this site does not embed a Ko‑fi widget or load its scripts.

The Arcade preview is an optional sandboxed iframe from okhp3.github.io. It is allowed to run its game scripts, use same-origin storage within its own origin, and request autoplay; it cannot access this site’s DOM. If it does not load, use the direct-link fallback or open the game in a new tab. The site’s service worker caches only same-origin pages and assets for the offline shell; it does not cache third-party responses.

When you click out to a Glee‑fully Tool hosted on a third‑party platform (for example, a Custom GPT on ChatGPT), your interaction is governed by that platform’s own terms of use and privacy policy. Glee‑fully does not control how those platforms store or process your data. If you email the studio, your mail provider and the studio will receive the information you choose to share. We may retain correspondence while responding to the request, providing support, or maintaining the studio’s records; there is no automated website deletion schedule.

This site is written for a general audience and is not knowingly directed to children. The owner’s working policy is to keep non-essential analytics off by default, collect no account data, and target opted-in analytics property retention of 14 months or less. That is an owner policy target; the provider-side retention setting has not been verified by this repository. This is an operational privacy statement, not legal advice or a guarantee of compliance in any jurisdiction. Visitors should consider the laws and platform terms that apply to them.

Generative AI limitations & acceptable use

Glee‑fully Tools and AskJamie™ are built on large language models provided by third parties. These models can hallucinate, misread prompts, or surface unwanted biases.

By using these tools, you agree that you will not use them to:

Generate or distribute hate, harassment, exploitation, or targeted abuse.
Promote violence, self‑harm, or unlawful activity.
Create intentionally deceptive or harmful misinformation.

You remain responsible for how outputs are applied in real‑world contexts.

Intellectual property

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all content, structures, naming conventions, and visual systems associated with Glee‑fully Personalizable Tools™, AskJamie™, and OverKill Hill P³™ are proprietary intellectual property of OverKill Hill P³™.

You may reference and experiment with the ideas for personal or exploratory use. You may not resell, rebrand, or present significant portions of the system as your own without written permission.

Underlying AI models and platforms (for example, services operated by OpenAI or other providers) remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their own terms.
